Single Profile Policy

Each SeaFin account includes:

  • One user profile only - no multiple profiles per account
  • Personal use - designed for individual users

No Account Sharing Policy

Account sharing is not permitted:

  • One person per account - accounts are for individual use
  • No password sharing - don't give your credentials to others
  • No simultaneous users - only one person should use an account

If multiple streams are detected:

Legitimate multiple device use is fine! Using your phone, laptop, and TV at different times is expected. The concern is multiple people using the same account simultaneously.
