This guide covers everything about actually watching content on SeaFin - from finding something to watch to managing your viewing progress.

Finding Something to Watch

Browse by Library

Best for: Discovering new content, browsing by type

1. Click a library from the homepage:
   • Movies - Your main movie collection
   • TV Shows - Your main series collection
   • Downloads - Special content and YouTube videos
   • Anime Movies/Shows - Specialized animated content
2. Browse the posters - Click anything that looks interesting
3. Use sorting options:
   • Recently Added (find newest content)
   • A-Z (alphabetical browsing)
   • By rating, release date, random

Use Search

Best for: Finding specific content

1. Click the search icon (magnifying glass)
2. Type your search:
   • Movie titles: "Inception", "The Matrix"
   • TV shows: "Breaking Bad", "Friends"
   • Actor names: "Tom Hanks", "Emma Stone"
   • Use library names: "Clean.Movies", "Offline.Shows"
3. Click on results to see details

Check Your Dashboard

Best for: Continuing what you've started

• Continue Watching - Resume movies/shows in progress
• Recently Added - See what's new
• Library quick access - Jump directly to any library
• Recommendations (if available)

Starting a Movie

From Library Browse

1. Click the movie poster
2. Review the details page:
   • Read synopsis
   • Check runtime, rating, cast
   • Technical info like runtime, file size, video quality
3. Click the big Play button
4. Video starts playing

Handling Duplicates

If you see the same movie multiple times:

Quality Selection

When video starts:

1. Let it auto-select quality first
2. If buffering occurs:
   • Click gear icon during playback
   • Select lower Mbps (try 4 Mbps, then 2 Mbps)
   • Wide range from 720 Kbps to 200 Mbps available

Watching TV Shows

Starting a New Series

1. Click the TV show poster
2. Choose starting point:
   • Season and episode grid or list view
   • Season 1, Episode 1 (typical start)
   • Latest episode (if continuing)
   • Specific season/episode

Episode Navigation

• Next/Previous episode buttons during playback
• Auto-play next episode (if enabled)
• Manual episode selection
• Season browsing
• Episode details and descriptions

Series Progress Tracking

SeaFin automatically tracks:

• Which episodes you've watched
• Progress within episodes (resume point)
• Recently watched history and up next suggestions

Playback Controls

Basic Controls

During playback, you can:

Click the gear icon for:

• Quality settings (Mbps selection)

Mobile Controls

On mobile devices:

Managing Your Viewing

Favorites

Add content to favorites:

1. Open movie/show details page
2. Click the heart icon (or favorite button)
3. Access favorites from user menu or homepage section
4. Access via user menu → Favorites

Watchlist

Save content for later:

1. Click watchlist button on movie/show details page
2. Add to watchlist button/option
3. Access saved content later

Subtitle and Audio Options

Enabling Subtitles

1. During playback, click gear icon
2. Select subtitle language:
   • English, Spanish, French, German (content dependent)
   • Multiple English variants (SDH, CC)
   • Forced subtitles for foreign language portions
   • English (most common)
   • Other languages
   • SDH (for deaf/hard of hearing)
   • None (to disable)

Changing Audio Tracks

Some content offers multiple audio options:
